It stimulates the parasympathetic nerve, helping to calm your body and mind. Basic Usage and Main Functions
In the SETTINGS section, you have control over the inhalation, pause, and exhalation times.
You also have the option to turn the background sound and metronome on or off in SETTINGS.
The background sound helps to isolate you from surrounding noise, allowing you to focus more on your breathing.
